F.O. Bailey	In 1867, the year following Portland's great fire, Henry Bailey died and the business was carried on by his son, F.O. Bailey, who in the same year took as a partner Charles W Allen, a young farm boy from Poland, Maine.	Charles Allen
Neal Allen	In 1912, on the death of Charles Allen, his son Neal W Allen was elected president. Franklin B Allen joined his father in 1947 and became president in 1969.	Frank Allen

In 1977, Joy and Jack Piscopo purchased the company and have continued its reputation of consistency and integrity coupled with their own enthusiasm and knowledge of the antique market. Today, F.O. Bailey continues to provide its clients with expert consulting and appraisal in the sale of fine art and antiques.
